The bigger picture is slavery has been a part of cultures whether african or otherwise for centuries. Things have to be admitted, and passed from. Histories, rich cultures have to be shown again. Yes africans brought to the U.S. lost all these things. But we have the chance to show them again. But not only that but show why it happened. Not only because of Europeans. But because african leaders were willing to sell their own people as tokens for weaponry. Sick and disgusting. But it is as it is.

I agree with a lot of stuff immortal technique says and have a huge amount of respect for him but in this case y'all gotta know that slavery was part us and part them the tribes captured and sold their own people yeah we were wrong by taking them but it wasn't all us

@weliketoblazeit How is he being a "racist fucker"? No race is perfect but in this case, I do not see blacks,chinese,mexicans oppressing people in recent history. In the past Japanese oppressed Koreans, African Tribes oppressed, demoralised and killed one another. HOWEVER slavery was the foulest thing ever created, for it wiped out a people's identity.. Effects are felt today, when blacks bleach their skin white, latinos deny their ancestry and so forth. Feel free to correct me.
