鄧師傅 八分鐘燒好菜 - 宮保雞丁

食材 雞肉、辣椒干、蔥、蒜花生、蒜末、薑末、醬油、辣椒醬、梅林辣油、糖、太白粉
作法
1. 雞肉切丁用蛋、鹽、胡椒、略醃,拉油備用。
2. 起油鍋爆香辣椒乾、蒜末、薑末,少許辣椒醬、糖、梅林辣醬油、高湯,煮滾後勾芡再入雞丁、蔥拌勻。
3. 熄火後再入蒜花生拌勻即可。
