Jesus a Myth?

Wow. This was really terrible and I do not mean to be offensive. Please look into the works of Gary Habermas, N.T. Wright, Michael Licona, and William Lane Craig. I have only watched a few of your videos about austrian economics and like them so far but this video makes me think that you really are not delving deeply. Again, I do not intend to be mean. Take care.

Your premise is that Jesus did not exist because there were no first hand writings about him.
There are also no first hand writings of Socrates.
Your premise has been destroyed.
Good day. Stick to economics.

We are followers of YaHuWaH our heavenly father...Go back to the "Book of Remembrance"/Old Testament and you will find in several places that our father tells his people HE is the only savior and mighty one and beside him there is no other...the new testament is just a false book of fiction and lies...YaHuWaH will save those who call upon HIM...Shalom

You speak as if the story of Jesus seems crazy.
Well, yeah, common logic would deem it so.
But contemplate your very existence for just a moment. Then think about how this universe began through what Einstein and Edwin Hubble revealed as "The Big Bang".
They discovered what physics now calls a “singularity” (a phenomenon which cannot be explained).
Now think about how you’re entire reality, is based off something which cannot be explained by science.

I could go on if you'd like. The list is huge.

As well as archaeological discoveries which validate the bibles claims, the Gosples themselves are internationally recognized as legitimate records of the past . You also have works such as “The Antiquities of the Jews” written by Jewish historian Josephus during 1st century AD, and historical figures such as Cornelius Tacitus (a 1st and 2nd century Roman historian), Gaius Suetonius Tranquillus , Thallus and Celsus and Lucian of Samosata (all secular historians and authors).

@germanicelt what proof would they have, and why do people trust people with degrees when common sense would tell you that the story of Jesus was a fable, it states in the bible that he dies and comes back to life after being dead 3 days physically impossible, then it states that he left in a cloud, what would that imply? Extraterestrial beings?

Almost no one was literate in those days. And no one who was literate and not a follower of Jesus would have wanted to mention him; they would not want him remembered by history in any way, especially for what he was. There are records of him outside of the Bible, but you're looking in all the wrong places. I can't think of a specific example off hand, but they exist.
Do you realize that most secular historians agree that Jesus of Nazareth existed?

@RedBloodReign:"There are also no first hand writings of Socrates"
While this is probably true, I know of no one that is claiming that Socrates performed miracles or was the son of some god, thus the ones who are making the extraordinary claim MUST provide the extraoridinary evidence.
Sadly for the xtians, they lack such credible evidence, which speaks volumes for such a popular miracles worker 'man'.
Perhaps it is YOU who fail to understand what proof is along with human nature?
