Ganapati Rao Myneni of Jefferson Lab's Accelerator Division, compares the United State's current status on thorium research, and how it could be augmented by sharing R&D efforts with India's nuclear power program. Each country (India and USA) could implement a Small Electron Linac Driven Sub-critical Thorium Systems (AD-STS).
