@ltinsley2 Well, well... It's not that bad. There is a lot of great music today, even though most people don't know it because they'd have to look for it first (and want to look for it more importantly). That being said, yes, most of the music we're being served everyday through the mainstream media kinda sucks, if you ask me.

I don't thing anyone can really decide what is actually better. It's only a question of what do you LIKE better.

@nohajc I'm sorry, but I did it because I seen people post negative comments like that before alot on other youtube pages but anyway they were way worst than that coment I post. Merry Christmas anyway. An hip hop & rnb arent that bad music but still isnt my favorite. I'm into fusion jazz, classic jazz, rock an techno music too. But I don't hate the other genres but their just NOT some thing I'd listen too all the time, merry x mas

@MrPsa19 There you have it. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it's "gay", right? I also like this more than most of hip hop and such... But I do know of good hip hop too. I believe you can find talented musicians everywhere.

never made the radio stations in New Orleans but every musician knew who they were. Got to see Stanley, Duke and Cobham at Tulane McAlister Auditorium opening for David Sancious and Tone's debut album, Transformation-The Speed of Love. AWESOME SET BOTH GROUPS.

@n64wilbert I'm afraid I am too young to know that. :) Unlike my father, I didn't spend my youth in the seventies. Actually, I am spending it right now.
