He said a find a 15 year old kid with marijuana charge in prison? Well unless it's a violent crime, as marijuana possesion IS NOT, a child under 16 CANNOT be arrested. They can however be placed in several loophole type court orders which make them go to therapy and things like that, but they cannot throw a 15 year old kid in jail for a non-violent offense. He doesn't lie, but be doesn't tell the whole truth.
What a spinning piece of shit. Walters is a terrible Drug Czar. He's a propagandist.
