  • I understand Sandra Kim. After winning the contest it is a risk to participate again. When a former winner participate again and get a bad result, it will take the magic of the old victory away.

There is one Johnny Logan (he had won the ESC in 1980, 1987 (artist) and 1992 (composer of the song)).

  • I see her point it's a risk to take, cause if it goes bad, people will say that you're really not that god, you were lucky the first time. But with that voice I would like her to sing more. I wouldn't use esc, but perhaps release a cd?

  • I first heard Carola in 2006 here in Britain, after hearing that I wanted to hear more. Now, I am a BIG Carola fan. Yes, a BRITISH Carola fan, a student 4 that matter. If outcomes such as that are not a reason for entering again, I do not know what is. I very much believe that Carola should have won in 2006, and the UK agreed by awarding her 12 points.

  • Not to mention that ever since 2006, we haven't been able to even make the top 15 (even if we deserved to end up higher up on the scoreboard, especially in 2007). So in retrospect, Carola did a really good job.

  • But there's now twice as many countries in the contest as it were in 1983 or 1991. Reaching the 5th place these days is far more remarkable than what reaching the 5th place was back in the day. Carola was also the highest-ranked female entrant of 2006.

  • This video is something like three years old, yet i feel like commenting on it! I do understand Sandra to be honest. I like Carola a lot, and I felt very excited when I heard that she would compete back in 06. However, I was quite disappointed she only reached the 5th place - a woman who came 3rd when she was only 16 and won once before. This made me later think that if you have won once there is no reason to make people remember you as the person who tried to win again and didn't make it...

  • Poor Sandra...not completely honest. But I'm sure she want to believe that she is. well, she burned all bridges now...

  • No, Carola is the best and deserves the limelights. If you really can do that, please show us. It sounds very interresting.

  • I don't understand Sandra Kim. Carola and Charlotte Perrelli won, and came back. I believe in taking chances, and even if none of our Swedish heroes grabbbed a second victory their careers still go on successfully - unlike Sandra Kim who sank into oblivion. Goodbye.

  • Haha, this video is like 2 years old right? Well, Sandra Kim shouldn't criticise so much. She's not the biggest star, she just won once, and its one of the may be less known songs that have won the eurovision, and besides, she never actually followed a singing career. Carola is already successful, really no need to do it again, but if she feels like it, then she can participate as many times as she wants
