Top fin on all the smaller tanks then 2 of the bio wheel emperor 400 for the big one. Im not sure right now on the turtle tank.

Dragon gobies aren't freshwater fish. They belong in brackish water. Freshwater will cause your goby to have health problems later on in life.

You should either move it to a large brackish tank with sand as the substrate (gravel can be hard on their fins and/or cause them to choke), or give it to somebody with such a tank.
