this is the famous helicycle jet helicopter kit by Eagle R&D in Nampa Idaho. It is powered by the t62-32 turbine engine. It was invented and developed by the founder of RotorWay Helicopters. It is a single seater, I call it the hotrod of helis. This
is an overview of the construction from the beginning, i will put more on as i get it done.

WHHHYYYY do perfectly respectable people use this sound track??? How DOES every other guy on youtube come up with it every now and then, WHY does this soundtrack have to somehow creep in to every other video..WHYYYYYYYYY???? How many Hours of building to the end of this video?

oh yes there is more to come, 32 hrs including the powder coating. i will get some more up in a few weeks. it will be less dramatic, things like the fuel tanks and the tail are more detailed but not so exciting as the overall fram but i will get them on, thanks alot.....

I just started looking into helicycle and plan to get one. It looks eazyer then rotorway helis....keep us updated.......gr8 job on bulding and tunes...

yes this is more simple as far as number of parts and overall size, plus the turbine reduces the complication of building though one might argue that the turbine is more hi-tec, and this is after all the masterpiece by the original developer of the rotorway.
