I tried chew ables at first and I couldn't stand how long it took me to get them down..How do you like them? or are you getting sick of them? I found after a while that I would rather just take a quick multi (oneSource walmart) and a calcium citrate and big b with everything in it...but I have been tired for quit a while not sure what's up but I don't exercise at all so maybe thats it.???thanks for the heads up I might see if I can get them but my surgeon is in FL he might not go along w/ it

I suppose if your doctor's nurse would fill out the paper then you should be good to go.
