HTC Hero one of the best Android phones ever. I have an HTC Hero / HTC Desire and now i own the HTC Sensation. HTC makes very good Android phones. Just awesome. I still love the look and feel of an HTC Hero it is just a very good build quality phone. Too bad they didn't include a led light with the lens camera. The HTC Hero has a 5 mp camera lens and if you're in a good lit room or outdoors you can shoot pretty good pictures.

@Theezakje007 You just click the plus button on your home screen, then you click widgets - htc widgets and update. You should find them there.

is ur HERO fully black? cuz the one i saw isnt fully black. theres like a dark cherry or something bordering the screen which is kind of a piss off, cuz pure black wouldve been cooler in my opinion

For those in the UK, it seems some of the networks won't release the update until mid-to-end July. If you have an unbranded Hero, then try going to settings, about phone and check for update manually.
