This engine is nearly 30 years old, has a dead carb, was salvaged from a junkyard, still has spark and hasn't run in at least 10 years. Here it is with no modifications running off of woodgas. It is running like a champ. I didn't even check the plug. I am running pellets in the gasifier.

  • do u burn hemp pellets?

  • Nope but I did do a couple of runs with the alfalfa pellets that we feed our goats.

  • That engin is realy running on wood? How can it do that? What is left after the wood burns, ashes like in a regular fire?

  • I really is remarkable. What is left out of the classroom in terms of historical science is mind blowing. It really makes you realize how sheltered we are.
