Garrett Daun demonstrates Flat Foot Charlie technique from the Radical Undoing work. Note: When doing this exercise, it is important to land flat on your feet, with very little bend in the knees. You may have to experiment a few times to get it correct. The idea is to trust gravity to return you to the ground. Ask yourself after each jump whether you trusted gravity or not. There should be very little bounce to this move.
Make sure to only jump less than a foot into the air. The idea is not to jump high, but to give the brain a small jolt from the impact of landing without using the knees, feet, or legs as shock absorbers. Instead, the shock goes to the brain.
This will help to take the brain off auto-pilot, giving you a moment of awareness for you to use how you wish. Some people enjoy using these exercises before listening to a hypnosis induction. Others like to use them before more lengthy breathing-work sessions.
An amazing way to investigate this and other exercises is to try them for yourself.

Enjoy.
