  • I've subscribed because my channel is all about starting a hobby and to show how you can jump in on any budget. My site is mostly about Automotive hobbies but, I'm adding things that are family oriented as I find them. *Do it yourself* and building your hobby from scratch is the best bonding a family can do. You fellas are truly inspirational in these economical hard times to keep cost low. Fantastic :)

  • @chetsjug Thanks, have you seen the Subaru movies as they may be a little more relative.

  • can you send me a cope of the design? or at least tell me all the info about your rig

  • @epiphonehtm It's a: Stevenson Projects "Mini Cup" .We down loaded the origonal plans for free, we tweeked it a bit to our taste. The boat has had a couple of different riggs on it over the years, she started with an old sailboard rigg and currently hoists a "Moth" rigg that a mate gave us. The 4.8 Lazer rigg proved a bit big for us though is still in the bag for light wind days.

  • WOW, youve exploded my head.

Amazing lil boat love the modifications youve made.

    Im simply in awe

  • Beautiful boat! Can you tell me how you tweaked the plans of the bottom side of the hull along the centerline up to the front of the bow? also, when you attached the sides of the hull, did you insert an extra sheet of plywood on each side to increase the height at the bow? Also, did you cut the top sheet for the bow larger to create an overhang? Thanks, I really like the modifications you guys made to the original plans :)
