Guys.... it's fact. Efren did beat Ronnie and even Jimmy White. He used his pool cue and had three centuries. As bird80 mentioned, the source for this is 9ballpool.co.uk. go to interview and it's in darly peach's interview.
The whole snooker vs pool debate is getting SOOO old. Both games are completely. If the only difference was smaller table, bigger pockets, then you'd have an argument, but you're playing completely different games. Come on!
@arumpoey I'm not trying to be an ass, I promise. But I happened to stumble across this bit of info while poking around... go to 9ballpool.co.uk and click on interviews then Daryl Peach. Read his answer to question number 7. VERY interesting.
@arumpoeyDoubtful. I only say that because Ronnie is struggling just to compete with the best pool players in the world, let alone the best pool player to ever play the game. Honestly the Efren/O'Sullivan arguement is rubbish to me anyway. If a talent like O'Sullivan grew up playing pool he would be one of the best pool players ever. If Efren grew up playing snooker he would be one of the best snooker players ever. Talent like that will surface no matter where it comes from.
No disrespect to Efren, who is also my favorite pool player. But If ronnie really get himself into pool (only pool), he can win the world pool title, but Efren will not be able to do the same in snooker. Just because snooker players have better cue actions than pool players, that's all.
@arumpoey The same could be said about Ronnie beating Efren at anything on a pool table...or carom table for that matter. Not taking away from Ronnie though, he's one of the best snooker players ever!

Efren to beat Ronnie in Snooker? Come on, it's impossible to even think about it. Not in a million years.
