wow bro its 40% with ptsd now jest diegnosed.. i know a ton of guys with ptsd that refuse to go to the docs because they are scared to lose there job.

Thank you so much for posted educating women also have it as well! mainly affecting soldiers. but also women many men do not even know women can have it of think they cant because they were not in war. thanx♥

@lvrpatriot01 theres a good chance you could get it fighting on the frontline, but if its what you really wanna do, go for it id advise learning some yoga or tai chi to help keep you if you start to become troubled, but i cannot stress enough i wish ptsd on nobody, alot of soldiers get past the point of return in their training and want to go home but are stuck in helmand becuase they didnt get out in time, please take care which ever path you choose

@juzblazejr hey i want to be in the Army, infantryman, but i am scared of PTSD. can you give me any advice becasue i really want to be in the Army but PTSD and seeing what happens to people who suffer from it scares me away from the Army...

i have ptsd and now my bro in law has returned from afghan with all the symptoms, my advice to you find another carrer choice ptsd doesent kill you but most of the time you wish it did
PTSD may appear unseen, Is often left untreated until it has escalated to a catastrophic degree. Even then how do you help the walking dead. This is often how it feels .I know this first hand. PTSD is not an affliction of the weak, just the opposite. These are the strongest of the strong. The trauma by comparison is an open wound ,blood spilling constantly. Don't think for a minute you understand , until you've lived with it.
