  • When I go for the 360 Its hard to get past a 180... I just stop mid way. any tips?

  • @DrippinSauceGaming @nerii3 Do a couple 360's spinning around on the snow first and pay attention to how your body (specifically your core) stays tight and together. When you do a 180, you take off and rotate mostly your lower body 180 degrees while looking down the fall line, to do a 360 you need to lead with your upper body and finish looking back up the hill! I like to point back up the hill with my back hand to ensure that my shoulders rotate all the way around, your lower body will follow.

  • Watching your tutorials makes me feel like I can do 1080s......but better start small!

Best video tutorials on YT in my opinion....Keep up the great work!

  • @drukenhard Thanks! Glad that you feel they are helping.

  • @staannley Spin a couple 720's on the snow and pay attention to how your core stays tight.

  • @staannley Spinning quickly on a snowboard is all about how efficient you can be! Although a 720 will use slightly more wind up than a 360 it's more about how well you can transfer the energy you create with a wind up and set up turn through your body from your shoulders to your board. Keeping your core strong, and releasing at the right moment as you leave the lip (when you still have an edge to push off of but you're board is about to become weightless) will help you spin faster.

  • (Below) I Have the same exact problem. Everytime I go for a 360, i seem to get to about 270, but cant seem to land the full rotation. Any tips?

  • @snowboardaddiction Is there actually a technique to rotating faster? Because when you did the 7, your rotation was much faster than when you did the 3.

  • @staannley Make sure that you keep all the same foundations for the trick the same. Stay relaxed and do a proper set up carve, leave the lip straight with no pre-spin and keep your core tight as you rotate. Usually feeling like you're not rotating fast enough is a result of missing one of these steps. Good luck!

  • I can 360 on small jumps, but when it comes to bigger jumps I can't get them. I feel like my problem is I'm not rotating quick enough. Is there a trick to rotating faster?
