-Note: Warning: Do not try to paddle "upper" Lusk Creek (the part above the Canyon) in a recreational kayak, although it has been done, it is not recommended. Only paddle upper Lusk with a whitewater boat & sprayskirt, helmet, PFD, and the proper training. Also, NEVER get on Lusk Creek when it is rising or when there is rain on the way, because Lusk Creek can flash flood very quickly.
