judging by that suzuki grin i'd say those shenmue hd remakes are very likely. however i've learned not to get my hopes when it comes to sega, i wont believe it until its in my hands.

Why make Shenmue Gai when that was something completely out of the question of what we the fans request. We request Shenmue 3, not non canon game additions to promote the franchise like Online and Gai. We didn't want that...and so they flopped. If they only gave Shenmue 3 a chance on the Market they may be surprised how many people would actually buy it. Still, 10 years later and Yu Suzuki has his own company of which it's first project was Shenmue Gai. Looks of current interest to him. Let's h

i believe if shenmue 3 ever made it will be on a new sega console and not on ps3 or xbox 360 the technology of ps3 and xbox is very good for a shenmue 3 but not gonna happen and the reason is that sega want to keep that ace.

@fernandoiscrazy True I don't care if they make Shenmue 3 and it has Dreamcast graphics. All i want is continuation of this epic story. But if they want to make shenmue 3 i think they should release Shenmue 1, 2 Remastered edition that way. lot of ppl who didnt play original shenmues would know about this awesome game

I don't care if they create the entire Shenmue Anthology using Sega Saturn's graphics I'll buy 10 copies!

Realistically I think that with recent games from the Dreamcast catalogue coming to PSN and Xbox live they should do a Shenmue 1 and 2 HD Remastered collection. Original Japanese voice acting, remove the load times and at 60fps include artbook, soundtrack, behind the scenes interviews on one Blu-Ray disc then and only then Yu Suzuki will I wait another 10 more years for Shenmue 3!
