  • @Powell999 Not only that, she has a horse carriage, with one of the most strongest bullet proof glass in the 21st Century, made in Italy I think. Trust me, that glass is so strong that if you shot an RPG at it, it would only deeply crack it.

  • The whiteys of the Empire have fallen and cannot get up.

  • @CoolConejo your a really cool dude. you throw some crumpets at them and see what gets thrown back. tosser.

  • throw some crumpets at them

  • yea when i was coats was based of the weather for our two regiments. the decisions are definately set apart between the diffrent regiments though. no point wearing great coats in sunny weather :)

  • Not that it really matters but I don't think weather has anything to do with it either, although I understand this may be different for Queen's Life Guard/Escorts etc. For guard mounts a date is decided when all troops on parade move to greatcoats. The Band would have to comply with this.

  • no tradition doesnt come into the decision to wear the coats, and it certainly isnt from london district hq either, its at the band master's c/o's descretion based on the current possible weather conditions and nothing more.. i used to be a household caverlymen and the great coats where a spur of the momment decision that our c/o would decide on based of possible or current weather donditions. if it was sunny they wouldnt wear them.

  • Tradition doesn't come into it! The greatcoat ruling comes from HQ London District and all on public duties should be doing the same thing.

  • yea these are the warning we are looking after her sign lol
