A man is 35% more likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer than a woman is to be diagnosed with breast cancer, yet prostate cancer gets nowhere near as much funding and recognition.

  • I was just at my college bookstore and guess what I saw the moment I walk in? Pink binders, pens, backpacks, paper, ribbons, etc in fucking February. I was slightly joking in my previous comment but it's actually true, breast cancer awareness crap lasts all damn year.

I will be going to the dean about this tomorrow as no other cancer or disease gets any recognition at my school despite having nearly equal numbers of male and female students. It's unfair, offensive and pure nonsense.

  • @ThexDynastxQueen

It doesn't surprise me. It's everywhere you turn these days. I'm glad you decided to say something about this to the dean. Let me know what he/she says. I'm curious.

  • I think it's because of the tits. Everybody loves them; that's why we poor wimminz get more money. We're selfish bitches, to say the least.

  • @blacktigerpaw1

I never understood why so many people go gaga over tits, they're just sacs of fat.

  • Once again vinny, you do a Kickass video, one of my favorite you tube channels

  • @Zac6230

    Thanks dude.

  • DCIGS!!! Walk with mahh titss, walk walk with mahh tits lmao. Great video :D

  • @theignoredgender: He decided to give me the run around through his assistant. I told her the issue and she gave me the "bitch please" look but said he'd email me. I waited a 2 weeks, got nothing but went to the bookstore and the breast cancer stuff was gone and still is. There was no prostate or other disease stuff in its place but I deem it a half win. I do doubt that they actually looked for stuff but are there school products/companies that are prostate aware?

  • HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU HAVE A FEDERAL PROGRAM THAT LIMITS ACCESS? THIS ISN'T LIKE A PAP SMEAR

ARGH This is freaking ridiculous. I hope all of you boycott pink ribbon products

  • Good luck with this. If you even get a non form letter response let us know

  • Take into account that men tend to have better insurance, some of which gets funneled into research. The prostate is also round and unlike breast cancer will be less likely to spread to the lymph nodes. Prostate cancer spreads slower as well. Deaths from prostate cancer 4,100 median age 67. Deaths from breast cancer 5,100 61 median age in Canada so if there is more money funneled into breast cancer research, they aren't getting their money's worth clearly. Stop being a hypochondriac.

  • from my dead uncle who died of prostate cancer, thankyou

  • I thought that 'No-Shave November' was for prostate cancer... but still, no blue ribbons. And that story about that guy with breast cancer? It's ridiculous that they'd refuse treatment! Especially since his family had a history of breast cancer! Anyway, I'm totally wearing a blue ribbon this September, and I'm going to get the word out there!
