  • indirectly?

  • fat handle db rows for high reps, blast the grip, but you are trying to build back (pulling) strength = indirect forearm work.

pushups build your chest and arms, but add some weight on your lower back or extend your arms out above your eye level and tell me about your ab work. Heavy kettlebell swings rock the grip, especially doing swings, snatches and cleans with wool gloves on. I finish my deadlifts with a final set wearing a pair of oven mitts, or towel draped over the bar... just try it.

  • can you train your core/abs everyday, or treat them like regular muscles and take a day off in between?

  • abs, neck, forearms and calves can and probably should be trained everyday to some degree, whether directly or indirectly.

  • Maybe you forget your first prowler experience, or maybe you never had one, but you just get your ass whipped so badly and so quickly that these things happen to beginners without warning. Now they know. I surely do not encourage training to puke

  • Austin is the man, he just said fuck it and kept goin'

  • you are crazy in the best possible way, lol. love the ideas you come up with

  • There is an easier way to set this up for those of you who, like me, have portable rings. Set them really wide! Football goalposts work well for this and are at every high school. Soccer goals are good too, and so is anything else you can hang them on. I use the frame of the cable machine at my local gym. You can do ring supports the same way, and you won't BELIEVE how hard they get.

  • Great video Matt...My chest was sore for a couple days after the chest band workout.

  • The Prowler kicks major ass man. That is one serious piece of equipment.

  • thanks man, i really appreciate it
