More from the Fairfax, VA afterglow with Sons of the Tones. In 1961, the Suntones won the barbershop quartet gold medal, and "Just A Little Street Where Old Friends Meet" was one of the songs they competed with.

  • @jf1922 WOW - you are so right - esp. Terry Franklin with his lead line. Wow - just wow. Genetics are sort of scary aren't they?! ;-)

  • I hope they're competing, because they sound very, very much like the Suntones, which were the greatest barbershop quartet ever!!!

  • Barbershop is the hope of America. This is great stuff our cultural tradition. keep it close to your heart.

  • make sure you set the video to 480p

  • It's cool to see Terry Franklin sing barbershop. Really enjoyed him with the Gaither Vocal Band. Every summer I dust off "Peace of The Rock" and go crusin'. Cool clip

  • This took my breath away. I love all of your fathers and some of your mothers! You are wonderful. Diane Sherman Maier
