@FlatulenceFox Inspite of NASA mission to the moon being earlier, its was India's Chandrayaan mission which first discovered water particles on the moon .There goes ur advantage ,Indian mission cost 1/4th of that of NASA's
NASA will be fine and so will American space exploration. All the eulogies about American space exploration is by wishful uninformed people who know little or nothing about private enterprise investment in space travel and satellite launching. NASA will still be necessary for deeper space adventures, especially to places like mars and beyond. But as far as low earth orbit and trips to the moon - message to all you China and India fans: been there done that.
It's an outdated and overtaxed method of space exploration. The shuttle was a great idea 40 years ago, but today it's just obsolete. No one is going to mars using any form of shuttle technology.
@HDaviator its a shuttle if its a reusable space craft. Right? They did mention that in the interview. They are having private contracters devolop the spacecraft.
Russians wins space war, hehe^^
