This luxuious 3,000 square foot apartment had a view of one of the most beautiful parks in the world outside its windows but unfortunately lacked beauty and warmth on the inside. Potential buyers couldn't make any kind of emotional connection and envision themselves living in its empty rooms, until I was asked to stage it by the listing broker. Now it's a place that buyers will want to come home to.

Staging was done on a small budget. Kitchen is not as big as it appears in the wide angle photo. It could not have been a bedroom at one time because there are no windows and its walls are interior walls.

I think the staging was done on a small budget. The kitchen alone begs for an island on wheels and more storage and better seating possibilities. NIce floors, too bad about the black look. A kitchen that large must've been a bedroom at one time.
