You could also turn the time format to "samples" for even more accurate cutting. (press T twice). Samples are the atomic resolution of an audio file.

@jyris1 Sick, didn't know that. Three decimal places should be fine for cutting purposes, because Wavepad only goes to 3 decimal places.  Thanks for commenting, you're still my hero :)
