tools: toothpick, nail polish, tissue, plastic cup, water, your natural nail, or artificial

@jcoolvids Actually it doesn't matter how many drops you put in..but it does matter with the kind of water you use..You HAVE to use room temperature filtered water..which she didnt use and thats why this tutorial was pretty much a waste of time.
