thanks for the help...civilians and PRIVATE organizations are the ONLY ones who did anything for us in NOLa. the royal canadian mounted police was in new orleans before the louisiana army national guard.....california highway patrol was there before louisiana highway patrol.. FKNOPD

Dumb ass Bush??? Get a grip. It all starts at home. There should have been plans ALREADY established for such a disaster. They knew it was coming for years...be proactive, not reactive. Problem is, they're are decades of people who don't care about anything but letting someone else take care of them.
