What you need:
- Fresh Bass
- Garlic (1 head?)
- Lime (tons of it)
- Jalapeño Pepper ( just 1)
- Salt/Pepper ( just enough )
- Cumin (Kamoon!)
- Potatoes (like 3 or 4)
- Green Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Celery
- Red-Onions
- Olive Oil (plenty)


How to bake :
- grind garlic, jalapeño, salt, pepper, lime juice, olive oil into paste
- cut grooves into fish, and stuff with that paste
- Cut potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, celery,into large pieces and stir with olive oil till its 75% cooked
- mix veggie stew with fish and put in oven
- oven should be preheated 350 for 10min
- Should take aprox 20min , poke and see if meat is tender/white
- Broil for 5 min to get golden finish.
