Eritrean civilizations were trading with the romans and greeks. Axumite empire and civilizations before that date back some 10,000 years. The land of punt is said to be in modern day Eritrea, so the people of Eritrea are older than that of the Romans and Greeks.

you said that the Axumite Empire had a trade with other civilizations before 10,000 years. That is completely false. The Axumite empire was powerful enough to start trade with Indians and Mediterraneans(settled in Eritrean ports) in around 1ST century A.D.

I don't know where you getting your history from, but I recommend you to do more research.

As you may or may not know, archaeologists have found evidence that proves the the LAND OF GODS the Egyption always talked about is in modern day Eritrea. The Land of punt (GODS) is older than that of the Greeks and the Romans.

Eritrea and all other African countries were around during the Greek, Roman and Egyptian Empires. Its just that your never told about any African history except Egypt's. Whoever comes out the winner in the fight, the end of a war does not bring peace if one side continues to despise the culture and traditions and character of the people they have defeated. Politicizing art does not make a people more noble. It really is disgusting that such nastiness enters into the discussion of the music of either side.

Making peace is the best way to end a war. Abusing a culture will just keep it going even after the guns have stopped firing.

People are dancing their asses off, trying to build a sense of community and the sheer joy of life, and everybody is throwing rocks at each other. Sad.

I think that Eritrean folk dance is more elegant than Ethipoian. Watch the people. They are taking part as a community, respecting each other's space, but showing what they can do.

There's a lesson in that, but, if I have to explain it, it is probably pointless to do so.
