Congratulations to Katelynn, Morgan, Chloe, and Anndi on completing their first show! Showmanship is a lot harder than riding classes in many ways because it lasts so long and is all about precision. It's amazing what these girls were able to accomplish with 2-4 days of practice before the show.
The rescue horses, Desiree, Gingers, and Rasheeka, did an amazing job given that it has certainly been years since they've been at a show, if they've even been to one before. There was a lot of whinnying and pacing but the girls and the horses managed to keep it together long enough to get a few ribbons and a lot of complements from 4H families.
With a bunch of first time show kids and a bunch of rescue horses, we're proud to even have gotten everyone into the trailer! Congrats to everyone!
