Tool "Aenema" Guitar Cover.

Tool Aenema guitar cover. Using my new Shure SM57 mic with USB adapter for the first time; my Macbook mic was coloring the sound of my guitar...especially at lower volumes. Also, I'm using iMovie to record instead of iPhoto...no more left-handed guitar for me :). I played this song as close to the studio recording as I could. I know Adam plays the beginning differently live, especially lately. For this song I used flange, delay, and boost for the slide solo, with EQ on the whole time.

@banklikefrankwhite1 Thanks for the compliments :). Once you start putting covers up, you'll discover there's a difference between what you play for yourself and what you play for the camera...you adjust your playing so that it comes across while recording, you get nervous, etc., etc. In other words there's another dimension that has to be learned...and over time, you get better at that too, or at least try to :).

@TheMinerva14 That's a tough one. Probably. It's too tough to pick just one, because there are songs on each album that I just love. It's tough to put down The Patient, Parabola, Lateralus, and Reflection (my favs from that album) in order to pick Aenima as my favorite Tool album. It's really a numbers game...I've got 6 favorite songs on Aenima.
