Am I the only person that thinks "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz sounds oddly reminiscent of Billy Thorpe's "Children of the Sun"?

Starting 1979,and for the next 5 years or so, I heard this via radio on my birthday. Almost never heard it anyother time except on 8 track or cassette.

Such a great classic. I have loved this song ever since I was a kid. And I was a mere peanut when this came out. And all of the sudden, it popped back in my head and had to hear it again.
