I'm like in a really small town so business is slow but my dad says whether you do sell something or don't your work should always be your best and tastes is everything. I love ice cream cakes and the way you did yours is way easier than how i do mines. And it looks way more fashionable. If you can do a peach mango ice cream cake with some type of caramel sauce on top i would love to see that. Maybe incorporate some real peaches and mangoes some kinda way. hehe anyways just a thought bake on.

@MultiDragoonX take some of the cake, when you slice it to trim it up and make the layers even, dont throw away that cake, let it get stale, or if you cant wait that long, put it in the freezer and them food processor to make crumbs and then garnish the side with the crumbs like I do in my Brown Derby cake video, check that out and youll see what Im talkign about

Crumb boss girl your videos rock. I work in a bakery and as much as i love doing cakes i'm always bogged down helping everyone else get their things done that by the time it gets back around to me my brain is combuzzled i think that's a word my mom uses discombobulated. So i'm to tired to come up with cool tricks and treats and if i do come up with them i'm to tired to figure out how to put them together. Your stuff is amazing, I just love it.
