@mefliz It's easy to do - just coat with pva glue then you can spray it with most primers, etc. If you were to spray it without coating with PVA you'd probably end up dissolving the styrofoam.

What type of foam are you using? Obviously you have a vacuum system running but I am impressed by how clean it is.

It think that it is just a sheet of rigid insulation from Home Depot.

We never painted it. The original pieces that we scanned into the computer were made of plastic. I really don't know how our customers finish up the models that cut from foam. Sorry!
