Loyola High School - Detroit, Michigan

Loyola High School is an independent high school for young men who face the challenges of an urban environment and who are serious about their future. Our school is a partnership of students, staff, parents, the community, the Archdiocese of Detroit, and the Jesuits of the Detroit Province.

Loyola prepares each student for the next stage of his formal education beyond high school and equips him with the skills and values needed to live responsibly and productively. Although a Catholic high school, Loyola welcomes students of all faiths who understand its philosophy and who are willing to be guided by and contribute to it. Rooted in the Jesuit philosophy of education that aims to shape and develop the entire person, Loyola fosters self-discipline, reflection, and service to others.

All members of Loyola's 15 graduating classes have been accepted into at least one college or university. They are finding ongoing success in the classroom and in the workplace. They testify to the fact that Loyola is a model that works!

im glad i left this school honestly! i took my own path and i left with my head held high, though i do not deny going to this school. It has some great teachers, just at the time i wasn't looking for that exact i was always different. i took my own path and now im in college bout to serve usa. Now imagine had i stayed would i still be where i m now? think not
