I think you really underestimate alot of other causes of WW2. There was a league of nations, and there were always alliances, and country blocks. So a lack of such a body was not the primary cause of the war. Besides the UN has existed and even at that FAILED to prevent many wars, and dozens of conflicts that exist for decades now.

Dr. Ron Paul!
I cannot waste my vote on Obama, Clinton, or McCain; so, instead I will be voting for the person who I believe would have the most positive effect on the direction of our country.
He may not be a nominee of any party, but Ron Paul deserves my vote. I choose to vote my conscience, and not be distracted by irrelevant ideas such as: "you need to vote for the lesser of two evils"; "your candidate can't win"; etc.
