people saying 150bhp is not possible from a 1.2 don't know what they are talking about!, most 1.1 turbos run in low boost at about 98bhp, hi boost up to 115bhp. 1242 conversions normally run 105on a low boost, 125 on hi boost, no because thats all they can take, because its hard to get it to run reliable. it is perfectly possible with fettling to get them to run 180bhp briefly hi boost, and if you want to go for a superfire engine, theoretcally, 230bhp is possible!!, i run these cars soi do know

New kits aren't available. Novitec made them with 101BHP for the 1.1 engine.
A turbo of a Opel/vauxhaul corsa 1.7Diesel is good enough.
Other things: Exaust downpipe, oilfeed and drain, intercooler + pipings and something to provide more fuel like a turbofueler or piggyback computer. Or even better a stand alone ECU
Too 0.4bar pressue you can run on the originel compression ratio. After that you'll need to lower the pistons about 2mm to get a lower C/R
