If you can survive the potholes in the city as a motorist, then you could also survive the sewage system down town Kampala as a pedestrian. This is life in a circle when town planners and city mayors sit in their offices with ventilators and never bother about the ordinary folks who have to undergo such a rough time to comb the potholes and dirt that is part and partial of a growing city. Take it or leave it is the message here and when it rains in Kampala, no one knows which way to meander in this red, soiled, and marram road within.
a city fool of poop. I don't understand how Ugandan's live this life. When you see all this, you know that the mayor is doing nothing to change the people's life. M7, here he fails his final exam. Something have to be done to change the Shauri yako.
