First look at my nephew

This video is of my nephew about 2hrs post-op. he is in the PCICU (pediatric cardiac intensive care unit). He is kept in a bay and will eventually go into a private suite. He has an IV in his wrist, foot and femoral vein. He has a breathing tube (which was taken out 2 days after surgery), urinary catheter and a chest tube to drain fluids. He was kept completely sedated until they felt he was ready to have his breathing tube out. He did fight the sedation - the first night he kept trying to roll over and they had to put soft restraints on his arms and eventually swaddle him with a blanket.

Is he OK now? He actually looks very good. Good color, and very little drainage from his chest tube...I hope he didi well.
