A senior outfielder from San Diego, Calif., Travis Taijeron has helped the Cal Poly Pomona baseball team advance into the CCAA Tournament for the first time since 2005. Taijeron has knocked 14 homeruns this season, leading the conference and ranking 18th nationally. In the final month of the regular season, he hit .459.
