-150 gr de mantequilla
-150-200 de azúcar
-4-5 manzanas
-250 gr de masa de hojaldre

Pelamos las manzanas y las cortamos en gajos (4-6 por manzana). Ponemos la mantequilla en un molde redondo para horno y la derretimos al fuego. Agregamos el azúcar y hacemos un caramelo al gusto, pero sin pasarse de moreno que amarga.

Dejamos enfriar un poco el caramelo y añadimos las manzanas cubriendo todos los huecos, tapamos y dejamos que se cocine durante 15 o 20 min.

Retiramos del fuego y cubrimos con la masa de hojaldre y lo metemos tal cual en el horno.

Cuando la masa esté bien doradita y cocinada, sacamos del horno. Mucho cuidado con el caramelo que borbotea, esta muy caliente!

Ponemos encima del molde una fuente suficientemente grande para cubrirlo y le damos la vuelta como a una tortilla. De nuevo cuidado con el caramelo que esta líquido y muy caliente.

Dejamos enfriar una o dos horas para que el caramelo solidifique y ya podemos deleitarnos.
