  • Thank you for the upload. I think they should have left in where Nancy's mother goes into more detail and that she wasn't an only child. Also, they should have left in when Nancy's parents are talking about 10 years eariler. It explains why Nancy's mother was an alcoholic. Where did you find these deleted scences?

  • @AlexisAlways1 Got them from an old vhs rip,it was called video treasures i think.

  • You cut out the part where it shows Glen's body.

  • @ShortFingeredShreder no i didnt, its on the next part i even edited in some background music for the scene from the soundtrack.

  • @RhodesLives What's the name of the video?

  • @ShortFingeredShreder Its right above ur comment lol video response

  • The part where Marge confesses to Nancy about the siblings was great. They should have released that. It makes more sense now!

  • Wow. I didn't know that Freddy killed the siblings of the victims of some of the Elm Street movies.

Thanks for posting the video. It's interesting to see what they didn't put into the final cut.

  • Why havent these been on a DVD release there have been about three different editions of Elm Street 1 and they dont have these!!!!!!!

  • I'm very disappointed that they cut out a lot of good footage with John Saxon from the original film. He was the main reason I've watched the first "Nightmare" in the old days. Didn't know what to expect of Wes Craven's production at that time and the rest of the cast was fairly unknown, so it was Saxon, who attracted me to this film. Still, 10 years later it was a truly brilliant idea to let the actors play themselves in the "New Nightmare". And again I was very glad to see John in it too.

  • @AlexisAlways1 I agree, I wish they kept that in too.

  • I have aboiler like that in my basement. We still use it.

  • I love reading the screenplay of this before i watch it, then pointing out missing or altered scenes.
