Wild Arms Test Video 2 (Playstation)

I think I've figured out how to make the file as small as possible without any audio/video loss in quality or sync issues. Wild Arms test video from ePSXe (Playstation emulator).

This video was first recorded directly using Camtasia Recorder with XviD 2-pass encoding at around 700kbps, and fully uncompressed audio (PCM). I then edited the result in Virtual Dub using Direct stream video copy for video, and full processing mode / MPEG-Layer 3 24khz stereo 64kbps for audio. The sound quality is much better, and no sync problems along with a much smaller file size.
