i flew kuwait airways today manila - kuwait in businness class tv didnt work no offer to a another free seat, and there were a few. but all in all okey. next flight kuwait to frankfurt. i really dont know but i think a few fas really were ashamed, they tried to show the safety instruction video 3 times when they did it manually. even than it didnt work out well because the mic or whatever was broken so the had to shout. they seemed so ambarressed. their fleet really needs a makeover

@5alood1996 Instead of saying "Fack You" , look at the facts. Kuwait Airways has never upgraded their inflight services and is still crappy. QR, EY and EK have way better products onboard than KU where TVs don't work. Plane's are very dirty and not well maintained.
