can we grow seaweed in a "fish pond" like farm so they will not be destroyed by heavy waves? these farm should be sourced by direct seawater using a canal... is it possible? can you teach me how to grow it?

I haven't try the "fish pond" method. Logically it can be done. But need to calculate more details comparing with production cost. since seaweeds are very cheap products. Same thing when drying seaweed with dryer or oven. But the production with cost for dryer or oven not feasible compared with sun-dried method.

If they harvest seaweed in day time, seaweed will express chlorine to protect themselves. Which mean those seaweed no good to human body.
