one thing you can do to avoid being affected by the nuke is to force attack a chrono legionnaire to your war factory when tne missile launches........the legionnaire will die but the war factory will not be damaged......

chrono legionaires are expensive, it's better to sell the buildings that the AI are definitely going to nuke
