Your form on the triple jump is tremendous...as in terrible...if you get a better (more controlled) hop it'll set you up nicely for the step phase. Use your arms to balance and block, also, try to get that leg cycled around going from the hop to the step, claw at the ground, don't just land on it. I hope this helps.
