The song used in this is "Prelude 12/21" by AFI, and the clips are from the movie "The Mists of Avalon", which originally was a book by Marion Zimmer Bradley.
Mordred is a pretty misunderstood character in the story of King Arthur, and in many ways he has no choice about his actions, mainly killing his father, because of all the circumstances and events making that happen.
The clip I have before the actual music video is kind of explaining his situation and point of view :)
