Whats the starter quest for that axe?

You only need 490, it's the cap for crushing blow(You still have a .01 chance to get hit with one). Anything above that is more damage mitigation which isn't really necessary for kara. Once you hit 490 stop stacking defense and go for dodge/expertise/hit.

I have only 18% block but parry+dodge=35%
13360hp and 14k+ armor, enough for this bastard? :p

i use that axe aswell, awesome tanking weapon. the only thing I would replace it with is kings defender

You need 490-500 def, 11k HP and 23-25% block.
